Check Criminal Histories Online

The District Clerk has now placed criminal histories online so the public has access to them.  The histories go back as far as 1974.  You can go to www.bexar.org/dc.  Once on that page you need to mouse over the Online Services tab.  A drop down window will give you several options, you want the Criminal Court Records selection.  Here is the main page link www.bexar.org/dc and here is the link for the Criminal Court Records if you want to go straight there.  There is a lot of good information on the main page under the Online Services tab.

I am looking for his arrest records and what stage he is in with fighting his DWI case. With the 186th crt. Please help me. I am very new to the legal world. I have never known anyone to be in Jail. I am Josh’s fiance. I am scared, uneducated to the law system. I feel I’m walking in circles and unable to help him nor my own personal feelings.
My name is Leah Stacy. I want to help. Thx you,Leah

Leah – There are so many people feeling the same way you do that we decided to create this website to help them. Dealing with the system is not easy even for us. To find out what point his case is at is actually a process on the judicial side (courts). You will need to contact the court clerk to get information. Go to the category “Phone Numbers”. Once there click on the link for “District Courts Phone Numbers”. You will find the number you need there. Before you call make sure you have Josh’s sid number. If you do not have it call Central Records at 210-335-6201. They will need his name and date of birth to look it up.
