School District Police Officer Arrested for Sexual Assault

(TX) – In February, when Texas was going through freezing weather and electricity blackouts, a woman attempted to do a good deed. A  Houston school district police officer she knew lost his power during the freeze. The woman let the man stay with her. 35-year old Kristopher Carter is accused of sexually assaulting the woman.

According to Click 2 Houston, “Court documents said Carter walked into the woman’s bedroom, locked her door and forcefully grabbed her and removed her underwear.” The woman kept telling him to stop and attempted to fight him off, but he overpowered her. She tried to call out to her daughter, but he told her to stop. It probably occurred to her that she could be placing her daughter in danger so she stopped. Days later Carter sent her pictures that he took while assaulting her.

Kristopher Carter has been fired from the Houston Independent School District Police Department. He was charged with sexual assault and invasive visual recording. His bail bond was set at $60,0000.

Police Officer Arrested for Sexually Assaulting His Stepdaughter

(NJ) – Frank Castro-Ramirez, with the Clifton Police Department, has been arrested for sexually assaulting his stepdaughter multiple times. The victim states that she was 14 the first time Castro-Ramirez assaulted her. She described a tattoo that her sexual abuser has on his groin.

According to Pasaic County officials, Mr. Castro-Ramirez is charged with two counts of first degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, two counts of second degree Sexual Assault, two counts of second degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count of third degree Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact. 

39-year old Frank Castro-Ramirez has been suspended without pay. No information was given on a bail bond amount.

Domestic Assault and Abduction

(VA) – Robert Luke Swift was not accused of being a sexual abuser, but the accusations against him are serious. Officer Swift was arrested when his wife came forward with allegations against him. The domestic violence that Swift used against his wife has resulted in felony charges.

NBC12 from the press release,

On June 2, James City County Police said a woman reported incidents of domestic assault, credit card theft and abduction that happened at a Toano home and in a car while in the county on May 27 and June 1.

The victim sustained a cut inside her mouth, a release said.

It appears Mrs. Swift may have been trying to get away from her abuser. The crimes are those of an abuser blocking his victim’s ability to escape.

Robert Luke Swift, 24, was charged with domestic assault, felony credit card theft and two counts of felony abduction. He was in the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail. No information was given on the amount of his bail bond amount.
