Religious Diet
An inmate can receive a special diet due to his religious beliefs. They are vegetarian diets. Religious diets don’t fall in the same category as medical diets. If an inmate wants to receive a vegetarian diet he must contact the Chaplain to get approval. The medical staff does not have any authority to order this type of diet.
