Bomb Threat at the Bexar County Jail
On Wednesday, September 12th, a call was made to SAPD. The caller claimed he was going to blow up the Bexar County Jail. The call was made at 7:40 pm. SAPD contacted the Sheriff’s Office who brought in K-9s and additional staff to conduct searches. The jail was placed on lockdown during this incident. Nothing was found and normal activities were resumed.
